This video shows the Rosslyn Chapel in Scotland and the music believed to be “frozen in stone” on the stone cubes inside the chapel. Is this “forbidden music” that was encrypted in the stone to be discovered by later generations?
Imagine that long ago, a piece of music was created that did not “fit in” with the wishes of the prevailing religious decrees. They were forbidden to play the music, and perhaps it was a time when music was even considered “anti-religious.”
The people who created the music knew that the musical notes created specific cymatics designs, and decided to record the music by carving the cymatics symbols into the “cubes” inside the church. This is what may have happened inside this old chapel in Scotland.
Watch the video and see and hear the “forbidden music” as it looks and sounds when recreated.
P.S. See how music creates cymatics images using these free directions you can download here. You could be seeing some cymatics designs come to life before your eyes in less than 60 minutes!
Would you like to be able to hold a piece of ancient history in your hands and be able to demonstrate it for others?
With cymatics, you can demonstrate a phenomenon that extends back as far as one can imagine, considering that sound vibrations have been shaping matter for as long as our planet has existed. But there are actual records of cymatics being used to “divine” 1000 years ago by African tribes who used drum heads “sprinkled with small grains” to predict the future.
There are several ways you can demonstrate cymatics to your friends and family, including some very expensive and complex ways; but what I am going to offer today is a way to create a cymatic experience faster and easier than most others, and the best thing is that it actually is very close to that “most ancient” way of creating cymatics from 1000 years ago.
The way to create cymatics I am taking about uses just 3 simple items and makes a kind of “drum head” that was used by African tribes; ans when you sing into this cymatics device the images you will get are very impressive – even though they are simple and quick to create.
Galileo Galilei was persecuted for suggesting that the earth moved around the sun. That might be hard to imagine in today’s “age of information.” But what many people don’t know is that he also discovered a phenomenon that is still a “hidden science” today – never talked about or taught in schools, for a different [...]
This is a photograph of Galileo’s geometrical and military compass, thought to have been made c. 1604 by his personal instrument-maker. Galileo Galilei is best known for having been persecuted by the church for his belief that the earth revolved around the sun, rather than the other way around – but what few know about [...]
This cymatics video shows how sound waves actually move matter and shape it into amazing geometric patterns similar to shapes that you can see in nature. For example, notice how the images sometimes look like flower petals or a spider’s web. The images you are seeing were created with plain table salt on a steel [...]
Many people consider Ernst Chladni, father of acoustics to be the first person to have discovered cymatics, but in fact Galileo was one of the first to describe the phenomenon of cymatics in writing, in 1632. He was one of the first people to notice that an oscillating body displayed regular patterns, and he wrote [...]
These are 3 books that permanently changed the way I think about the world… Hagakure: The Book of The Samurai I read this while staying in hotels for 4 months across the heartlands of the United States. Favorite quote: “One should say every sentence as if it were to be printed in letters a foot [...]

A while ago I was talking with someone about astral projection and other such things, and she wanted to know what one might practically use such things for. As in, what would you use something like astral projection or journeying (the phrase I usually use for what I do since it’s easier than explaining) in [...]
Why am I smiling? Because I just made my first cymatic plate ordered and paid for by someone else…and it turned out beautifully! I am about to ship it out to someone in Cambridge, Mass, as a gift for her Physics Professor. I think that’s an awesome gift. I am not ready to start producing [...]
